We know when your heels need fixing, you want your order fast and with no dramas. Here's exactly how we handle shipping and refunds at Sole Shield.

Shipping Costs

$10 flat rate shipping anywhere in New Zealand. Free shipping on all orders over $75.

When We Ship

We pack and ship orders every business day (Monday–Friday) using NZ Post. If there is going to be any delay we'll email or call you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email the day your order is picked up. All orders are trackable via the link in that email.

Delivery Timeframes

  • South Island: Usually arrives in 1 business day.
  • North Island: Typically 1–3 business days.
  • Rural deliveries: Can take an extra day or two (completely normal with NZ Post).

What If Something Goes Wrong?

Lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of receiving your tracking email, contact us and we'll get a case opened with NZ Post and sort it.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, we'll send you a replacement at no extra charge. Just let us know. Please allow a few days for us to go through a case process with NZ Post as part of the replacement process.

Refunds & Returns

Because all our products are consumables (balms, files, socks, etc.), we have simple rules:

  • Change of mind / buyer's remorse: We do not offer refunds or returns on opened or used products.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item: We'll happily replace the item or issue a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. This 14-day window is so we can sort things quickly — it doesn't limit any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for faults that show up later.

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or damaged when it arrived.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We guarantee you'll see some results and improvement within 30 days when using the full system. If not, contact us and we'll give you your money back, guaranteed. All product must be returned to us before a refund is issued — return shipping is at your expense. This guarantee only applies to purchases of the full Sole Saver Kit.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within New Zealand.
