We know when your heels need fixing, you want your order fast and with no dramas. Here's exactly how shipping works at Sole Shield.
Shipping Costs
$10 flat rate shipping anywhere in New Zealand. Free shipping on all orders over $75.
When We Ship
We pack and ship orders every business day (Monday–Friday) using NZ Post. If there is going to be any delay we'll email or call you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email the day your order is picked up. All orders are trackable via the link in that email.
Delivery Timeframes
- South Island: Usually arrives in 1 business day.
- North Island: Typically 1–3 business days.
- Rural deliveries: Can take an extra day or two (completely normal with NZ Post).
Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of receiving your tracking email, contact us and we'll get a case opened with NZ Post and sort it.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, we'll send you a replacement at no extra charge. Just let us know. Please allow a few days for us to go through a case process with NZ Post as part of the replacement process.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within New Zealand.
