Real Results

Cracked heels don't just look rough they hurt. Every step you take pushes straight through your heels and that impact keeps splitting the skin open faster than it can heal.

These gel cups sit inside your boots, work shoes, or sneakers and cushion your heel with every step. Less direct pounding means less pressure on skin that's already cracked and sore allowing it to being repairing.

They're not a fix on their own. If your heels are sore and cracked bad these are just for temporary relief, you are best to get the heel cushions plus the Sole Saver Kit and get those heels sorted properly!

Why Use Heel Cushion Inserts?

  • Cushions cracked heels from the impact of every step
  • Fits inside boots, work shoes, and sneakers
  • Gel cups, not foam — built to last
  • Sticky pad on the underside so they don't move in your shoes.

Pro tip The inserts are the all-day bodyguard for your heels. Use them after the balm and socks have done their overnight repair work.

You'll notice less pain by the end of the first week and fewer new cracks forming because the pressure is spread out.

Pair it for best results

Grab a pair, team them with the Heel Rescue Balm and Moisture-Locking Socks, and give your feet proper all-day protection.

Results

Most people notice smoother, more comfortable heels in 7–14 days with consistent use and significantly better after 30 days of using the Sole Saver Kit.

When To Use?

If you have painful cracks and want to reduce some pressure these work great. When we walk the cracks continually split open cause pain and slow heeling. These gel cups will take some of the weight with each step, helping to reduce pain and speed up crack heeling.

If you don't have painful heel cracks, plantar fasciitis or bone spurs you don't need these.

How To Use

  1. Complete your nightly 3-step routine (soak/shave/balm + socks).
  2. In the morning, peel off the backing and stick the gel cups into the heel of your boots or shoes (position them so they sit directly under your heels).
  3. Wear as normal. The cushioning works all day while the repaired skin gets a break from constant pounding.

Ethan

Builder

“Fifteen years on the tools and my heels were proper rough — thick skin, cracks that stung every morning. Did the full process exactly as told: warm soak to soften, Skin Shaver on short light strokes to clear the dead stuff, then thick layer of the tallow balm and cotton socks every night. After 9 days the cracks had closed up and I could walk without dragging my feet.”

Josh

Dairy Farmer

“Dry wind and long days in the paddocks had my heels cracked bad — jandals one minute, gumboots the next. Followed Taylors advice and used the heel shaver to get rid of the skin, followed by the balm and socks. Skin is looking and feel much better.”

SN

Diane

Nurse

“Twelve-hour shifts wrecked my heels every winter, mainly when the skin dried out. Pharmacy creams never lasted. Followed the Sole Shield process: soak to soften, Skin Shaver to clear the thick skin, then balm with socks every night. After a month the splitting stopped and my heels felt miles better. Balm smells great too!”

DR

Dean

Road Works

“Long shifts with the crew sealing roads and standing on hot asphalt wrecked my heels — thick skin splitting in my boots every day was brutal. Followed the Sole Shield process: soak to soften, Skin Shaver to clear the build-up, then Heel Rescue Balm with cotton socks overnight. The process works well and I use the pumice stone regularly to stop it thickening again.”
